Busy Bees..... without them we wouldn't be here and to some extent (ill never know how much) I wouldn't be here. Just in case I haven't shared this story with you before here's the one about the Bee.
Every week for the past 5 years I've been attending spiritual healing with a lady called Sandy who has become a firm friend. On one of the healing sessions she told me that strangely enough whilst she was healing me she distinctly saw a bee buzzing all around my mastectomy site it was such a strong image she felt compelled to tell me about it. I didn't think anything of it and carried on with my life. About a week after that session I received a package in the post it was posted by the postman it had no postage stamp on it just my name and address typed on a label no return address on the back. Inside the package was a box of a bee product called 'Unbeeleivable' it was a pack of 30 tablets containing something called bee propolis which is a resin substance a by product of the bee's collecting pollen from flowers. It has antibiotic and animicrobial properties including essential minerals and vitamins. Also they have blended Reishi mushrooms, Olive leaf, Elderberry, and Astaxanthin read all about it on there website http://www.unbeelievablehealth.co.uk/
I couldn't understand where this came from but phoned Sandy to ask if she had posted it to me she replied that she hadn't sent me anything other than her absent healing (which in itself is a wonderful gift) the package is a mystery, needless to say but I believe in the unbeelievable, this was a gift to help me heal and to help me fight. I stopped taking it a while back and am now back on track with it. If there is one supplement everyone should take it is this one even if its to help boost your immune system.

FFS!!!
A tad annoyed...... I feel like I am being victimised verbally on FB at the moment I've posted a couple of articles that were of interest to me and thought I'd share with the research group on FB the response I got was some what rude I was told and I quote "this information is just not valid". Uh well actually it is pretty fucking valid its a view point shared by millions the view that cancer is in some way related to and affected by our lifestyles and what we put into our bodies by way of nutrition. All I did was share a link to an interesting article about the immune system here's the link https://www.ihealthtube.com/aspx/viewvideo.aspx?v=254789042bfc9b3e it is important is it not that we explore all the avenues available to us in our quest to survive and thrive living with secondary breast cancer!!!! I don't expect everyone to agree with what I post or say but I do at least deserve to be heard and not made to feel like I am sooooooo wrong patronising me like they know everything well if your so fucking clever then why haven't you got a fucking cure yet ass hole!!! this is a shame cause potentially life changing views that others might at the least find interesting and at best want to follow up on wont be available to them as I am pulling myself from the stupid fucking group.
I then progressed to share a couple of links to Kris Carr of Crazy Sexy Cancer and Dr David Servan-Schreiber of Anticancer A New Way of Life both of which have written books on the subject that they themselves suffer with Dr. David died a few years ago of his cancer but he lived and survived for 20 years with stage IV brain cancer. Kris Carr may have a rare slow growing cancer but she has lived and thrived by her juicing protocol for the past 10 years I find it hard to believe that some might think it helpful to find fault with such people I don't care that they might of made millions out of writing there books and pushing there philosophies that's not the fucking point the point is that the lifestyles they promote and still are have proved positive in the fight against dying early from fucking cancer.
I would also like to add in this post that I have known at least 25 women who have died from this vile, random bastard of a disease this is not some sort of game or competition its life or fucking death. Either you get active and research do everything possible to help yourself or you just listen to the Doctors like they are God!!! and do what they tell you to do. Its a case of doing a bit of both really of course looking after yourself is paramount to helping you heal as is throwing everything you got at this mother fucker of a disease. I am not going to engage in a war with people if they don't agree but don't put me down as not having a valid point and telling me to " please don't follow his ideas" WTF!! how dare she tell me what to fucking do, I am still here living breathing and fighting 4 years down the line I have armed myself with every type and kind of research humanely possible and I am fucking winning, the proof is in the fact that I am here screaming and shouting about it the lung mets have disappeared the liver stuff is all but gone bar 2 small mets that are continuing to shrink. Something is clearly working could be the juicing, could be the supplements could be the hemp oil or it could be the bacon sandwich I've just fucking eaten just don't tell me I don't have a valid point. End rant and gosh that feels a lot better
Having said that I also have had enough of people rubbing me up the wrong way so in future I wont post anything interesting and will just keep it all to myself and of course this blog so stay tuned if you want to read anything interesting and alternative.
After the ultra annoying afternoon with this particular FB group I have left and will not be returning anytime soon.

The best news ever.....
Wanted to share my unbelievable amazing news with you all. Saw my onc today he told me that " the lung mets have disappeared" and my lungs are now clear. I sat there in total shock and can't believe how lucky I am, it appears that something is working at getting rid of the bad cells. All the drugs ie: hereceptin/tamoxifen, jucing, hemp oil (early days), the supplements and the weekly spiritual healing are all worth while, obviously we can't say exactly what it was that obliterated them but the important thing to remember is that something did work.
There was only one grey area and thats on my liver there is a mass there but they still cannot define exactly what it is it could be cancer that is stable or it could be fatty tissue, my onc is writing to the radiologist to ascertain what tests we can do to find out exactly what it is that shows up on the scans whatever it is has been static and non moving now for quite a long time and he wasn't overly worried about it although he did say we are going to keep an eye on it with 3 monthly scans.
As for the subcut herceptin I'm to have my first 2 lots in the hospital so thats all booked in and I've decided not to give up on my hospital just yet.
Apologies to you all for not coming on sooner and posting but up until yesterday I was on a huge downer and needed something positive to give me a boost, this is the best possible outcome I could of wanted. I feel like I can start my life all over again, I feel like I've been given a second chance. I am so utterly grateful to still be here.
Sending you all love and light

Curcumin/turmeric is the spice of life.....
"No cancer has been found that is NOT affected by curcumin" (MD Anderson Cancer Center, Texas)
That is a hell of a statement and one not too be ignored. I already take Turmeric supplements daily (I buy a good make by http://www.bio-health.co.uk/turmeric_rhizome.html) and had heard about this wonder spice here's a link to read a more in depth explanation from the fabulous Chris Woollams website Canceractive http://www.canceractive.com/cancer-active-page-link.aspx?n=1571. If you don't want to take supplements then cook a curry or simply add it too your food. If you have had or are living with cancer please read this link it could save your life.

Kinesiology.....all change......
Attended my appointment for Kinesiology (*see at the bottom for explanation) with a lovely lady by the name of Irene, I was pretty sceptical before I went in for the appointment and decided that as its quite expensive (£40 per half hour session) it would be a one-off to check that I'm not lacking in a specific vitamin or supplement. How wrong can you be?? Irene operates from her home and has a room with a bed and charts all over the wall, all looks very good, prior to going in I had filled in a form detailing my health issues and what supplements and diet fads I had. She asked straight away for my blood group of which I did not know "no problem, she said I can give you that" a small prick on the index finger and we had enough blood to put to the test it showed that I am A positive (this cost an extra £10) (I did ask my GP and Onc. but they didn't know my blood group, or so they say, of course they know as I've had surgery!!!!!) So now armed with what blood group I am she produced as booklet A4 sized of about 8 sheets of paper listing Highly beneficial, Neutral and Avoid everything is listed under one of these sections, red meat (as I'd always thought) is a complete no no (good job I don't eat the stuff then eh!) Unfortunately there was a lot of stuff I do eat that are in the dreaded Avoid section including cows milk, butter, wheat, certain nuts, seeds, beans, oils (far too many to mention) and surprisingly anything remotely orange including the daily vit c supplement that I take, so it would seem a revised clear out of the larder and supplement shelf is in order. uhhhhhhhhhhh thought I'd bloody covered it all when I went on my year long research bender, flipping hell.
In addition to the blood group diet she also got me to lie on the table where she proceeded to perform a series of moves known as Kinesiology on me I was to resist when she pushed on me this gave her the information she needed to ascertain that both my kidneys and liver were damaged probably due to the toxins in the chemo and apparently the bad supplements I have imposed on myself. Ironically when she tested the part of my body that coincides with the lungs she said "nothing wrong with your lungs good and healthy" this has pleased me no end :0) happy dance.
There was I thinking I was on top of everything when in fact some of the stuff I've been taking has been hindering me or making my poor liver and kidneys function worse! So the upshot is I'm going to have to start again on the supplement and diet content.
Irene prescribed I buy Vitamin B/Complex with added magnesium to my arsenal as well as something called Milk Thistle Tincture and Vitamin C (bought from a reputable store see below links*) and Vit D but again in liquid format. Irene also told me not too buy anything from Holland and Barratt oh dear!!! yep you guessed it thats where I get all my stuff she recommended a couple of brands Viridian and A. Vogel both are excellent organic producers but unfortunately they are expensive. So I've put away all my supplements (not throwing them away yet) and kept out the few she agreed I could continue taking, so my supplements list looks something like this at the moment.
x1 Opti Bac for Immunity
x3 Acai Berrie
x2 Turmeric capsules
x1 B/Complex with Magnesium
x2 Vitamin C (with no orange in it)
x2 20 drops in water of Milk Thistle Tincture
Vitamin D in spray formula
All of this was for me personally and for someone with a A+ blood group, so if anyone is interested in Kinesiology I would suggest that you go on this site http://www.kinesiologyfederation.co.uk to find a qualified practitioner in your area and try and find out your blood group from your doctor if your like me and had surgery they will have your blood group somewhere on file.

*The Kinesiology Federation gives the following definition:
'Kinesiology, literally the study of body movement, is a holistic approach to balancing the movement and interaction of a person's energy systems. Gentle assessment of muscle response monitors those areas where blocks and imbalances are impairing physical, emotional or energetic well -being. The same method can identify factors that may be contributing to such imbalances. The body's natural healing responses are stimulated by attention to reflex and acupressure points, and by use of specific body movements and nutritional support. These can lead to increased physical and mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.'
